Office Centre
Ďureje, Andrej ; Šmak, Milan (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
The content of diploma thesis is designing, project development and static estimation of the supporting steel structure in two different variants of the atypical office building (business center). The object is located in densely built-up location in the Brno. The building is designed as a seven storey. The entrances to the above ground floors are designed from balconies, which are roofed and situated on the edge of the object. The footprint dimensions are 57,6 x 57,6 m. Variants are compared based on weight and size of the coating surfaces supporting construction of the object. Drawing documentation, static calculation of joints and details of the construction are processed for the best variant.
Evaluation of the condition of structural wood using resistance drilling with the Rinntech RESISTOGRAPH detection drill
Szórád, Martin ; Anton, Ondřej (referee) ; Heřmánková, Věra (advisor)
The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a basic overview of wood properties, damage, protection and used diagnostic methods. In the practical part, it focuses on the comparison of selected physical and mechanical properties with the resistance characte-ristics obtained from resistance drilling. Finally, a design calculation is performed using the results from the measurements in the practical part.
The steel construction of a volleyball hall
Polerecká, Katarína ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Štrba, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this work is design and assessment of the steel roof structure of the hall object designed for volleyball training and events located in Brno. Ground plan dimensions are in the shape of a rectangle with a floor space 30 x 40 m. The hall consists of 9 cross-lenks spaced by 5 m. The truss girders are arc-shaped, pinned on column. Structure is divided into two areas with hight diference of 6 m. Spatial stiffness is ensured by a system of longitudinal, diagonal strut and purlins.
Steel structure of store building
Ďureje, Andrej ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Štrba, Michal (advisor)
Content of this thesis is design of the steel construction of warehouse and his static assessment. The construction of the hall is designed as double-aisled. Ground plan dimensions of the hall are 50 x 60 m. Construction is formed by planar cross-linking. Tentative design of the construction is solved in two variants, which are compared on the basis of the size of paint surface and weight. The winning variant of the construction includes the complete static analysis of supporting elements, solving of connections, details and drawing documentation.
Steel structure of airport hangar
Kuba, Michal ; Balázs, Ivan (referee) ; Pešek, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this work is design and assessment of the steel roof structure of a airport hangar for sports aircrafts in Zlín. Ground plan dimensions are 36 x 78 m. The main supporting system is composed of truss girders. On the one side the truss girders are pinned on column, on the other side they are pinned into foundation. The truss girders are arc-shaped, with structural height 1,5 m. Distance between main structures are 6 m. Construction is designed as system without purlins. Bars of the steel structure are from rolled profiles and are designed according to current standards. Supporting elements are designed from steel of class S 355 and S 460.
